I am a native Minnesotan and have spent all but 6 years of my life here. I spent 3 years in Phoenix going to school for my Harley Davidson factory technician certification in 1991-1994. And I spent 2007-2010 living on the west coast. I spent a year in Florence, Oregon and 2 years in Seattle, WA. I was a late bloomer having tried many trades before finally settling in the beauty industry. Now I am exactly where I want to be. There aren't many jobs that we have the opportunity to influence how a person feels about themselves. It is my job to help them find the beauty that is present in every human being and showcase it for all to see. This is the selfish part of what I do, by beautifying others I'm nurturing myself. But that's ok, we all deserve it!
